What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your organization, if you give one
• your message

We don't collect anything else through the form.

Like any website, our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to your message.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A copy of each message is also emailed to our business inbox so we can reply.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, including the emailed copies, for 24 months, then delete them.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone for marketing. Cloudflare stores and delivers it for us as our hosting provider.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser, along with your IP address, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains how it handles that data.

Payments

When you pay an invoice, Zoho Payments handles your payment details. This website never collects or stores card or bank details.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, email pernell@ptoneyservices.com. We'll take care of it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date.
